When a metaverse shuts down, what happens to the avatars left behind?

In this darkly funny action/adventure game, pilot your mech body through the chaos of a dying metaverse, rescuing abandoned avatars along the way. Each new avatar-roommate brings unique tools to aid your escape back to meatspace!

For VVR2, I did a lot of prototyping, game design, and content creation. With the guidance of the studio's creative directors and narrative team, I would help build out mechanics and sequences for different levels in the game. The role included a lot of prototyping, rapid content building, polishing, and bug fixing. Some of my biggest contributions included the levels Hernandez Spa, Butter Prison, Escape from the Plaza, and The Heap.

VVR2 was my first commercially shipped title with a design credit! I learned a lot about closely collaborating with artists/writers, and implementing game content at scale.
